The 2021 Sengkang Secondary School Pure Chemistry Paper 1 & 2 is a creatively set exam designed to challenge students with real-life applications of chemistry and unique twists that prevent them from breezing through the questions. This paper is ideal for students aiming to start early on their preparation for the preliminary exams in September.
The difficulty of this paper is well-calibrated, requiring effort but not being excessively hard. The main challenge comes from topics outside of Organic Chemistry, which most students have yet to complete. The Organic Chemistry questions are relatively simple compared to the other topics tested. This makes it an excellent paper to kick-start your revision while you work towards mastering Organic Chemistry in July.
